Question 1

How quickly can you deliver my website?

Accepted Answer

Most websites are delivered within a week. The exact timeline depends on how quickly you can provide content and feedback — but we work fast and keep you updated throughout.

Question 2

What information do you need to get started?

Accepted Answer

Just the basics: your business name, what you do, who your customers are, and any examples of websites you like. We handle everything else from there.

Question 3

Do you write the content for my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes — professional copywriting is included. If you have existing content, we'll refine it. If you're starting from scratch, we'll write everything for you based on the brief you provide.

Question 4

Do I need to provide a logo or branding?

Accepted Answer

If you have existing branding, great — send it over. If not, we can work with you to create something suitable as part of the design process.

Question 5

Will my website work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every site is built mobile-first and fully responsive — it will look great on any screen size, from smartphones to large desktop monitors.

Question 6

Do you use templates or build from scratch?

Accepted Answer

Everything is built bespoke for you. No off-the-shelf templates — your website is designed and coded specifically to match your brand and goals.

Question 7

Will my website be optimised for Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SEO best practices are built in from the start — including fast load times, semantic HTML, proper headings, meta descriptions, and mobile-friendliness.

Question 8

Can I make changes to the site myself after launch?

Accepted Answer

Content updates are included in your monthly plan — just send us what you'd like changed and we'll get it done.

Question 9

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

£150 per month, all-inclusive. No setup fees, no hidden costs. That includes your website build, hosting, SSL certificate, Cloudflare CDN, and ongoing monthly content updates. If you don't own a domain name, we can purchase one for you — this cost will be charged in addition to your first month's payment and will require payment before we proceed.

Question 10

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

Question 11

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Our ability to build and maintain sites at such a low cost is due to our centralised infrastructure. You'll be required to purchase a hosting subscription with one of our providers in order to transfer your site. Your domain name is yours and we'll transfer this directly to you on cancellation.

Question 12

Do you offer one-off builds instead of monthly?

Accepted Answer

Our subscription model is how we work — it keeps your site maintained and supported long-term. Get in touch if you have a specific project in mind and we can chat.

Question 13

What ongoing support is included?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription includes monthly content updates, security monitoring, performance checks, and technical support. If something breaks, we fix it. If you require extensive re-writes or new functionality, we will provide you with a quote and only proceed on your approval.

Question 14

How do I request changes or updates?

Accepted Answer

Just email us. We aim to turn around minor content updates within 48 working hours. Larger changes are scoped and scheduled as soon as possible.

Question 15

Do you handle domain registration and hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we manage everything. If you already have a domain, we'll transfer or connect it. If not, we'll help you register one.

Question 16

Is Cloudflare included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every site is set up with Cloudflare for fast global delivery, DDoS protection, and added security — all included in the £150/month.
